Tasks

Act as complete vehicle geometric concept representative at BBA, responsible for implementing geometric integration process into SE & SB/WE development. Responsible for delivering zero geometric concept conflict of complete vehicle and corresponding package overall target, steer Bauraum circle for cross-modules' geometric concept & integration investigation and problem solving, ensure delivery for milestones of virtual build phases with taking charge of DMU check, of complete vehicle plan creating/adaption, of overall vehicle dimension measurement & checking.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure a coherent geometric concept and integration of complete vehicle under the consideration of function, production, service, cost, weight and quality

Implement Geometric Integration function in GGI-GI process with taking responsibility of identifying, checking, coordinating, solution-proposing for relevant issues

Coordinate all assigned geometric relevant topics and their interfaces with the departments and I-Teams

Steer process partners from KIFAEV/T in terms of geometric concept & integration issues and collaborate with counterparts at BMW AG to ensure zero geometry defect for each built phase

Create/update GFP (complete vehicle plan) in each build phase

Overall vehicle dimension measurement/checking

Steer Bauraum meeting for technical problem solving

Qualifications

University degree in engineering or equivalent

Good knowledge of geometric integration/package with rich experiences

Analytical thinking, structured way of working, assertive, self-confidence

Excellent mindset to improve and develop new process with excellent communication skills

CATIA V5, PRISMA, Teamcenter, MS Office

Fluent English

Experience in total vehicle projects and project work

Good package engineering experience and knowledge

Profound total vehicle knowledge and BMW processes
