主要職責(zé)：
研究和設(shè)計(jì)新產(chǎn)品，以滿足市場需求。
制定產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格和尺寸，跟蹤并驗(yàn)證其功能和生產(chǎn)特性。
持續(xù)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品性能，開發(fā)新技術(shù)概念并適配現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品。
支持服務(wù)部門，分析和解決問題，提供臨時(shí)和永久解決方案。
管理本地組件的技術(shù)狀態(tài)，協(xié)調(diào)與供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)解決方案。
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)中的產(chǎn)品支持和技術(shù)問題解決。
完成上級分配的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械/機(jī)電/車輛/液壓專業(yè)。
3年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉有工業(yè)/卡車和重型移動(dòng)車輛優(yōu)先。
優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力。
熟練使用AUTOCAD、Solidworks和PLM設(shè)計(jì)軟件。
有電驅(qū)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Key Activities：
Research and design new product to respond the market. Drive and implement design tasks from the first idea to production start. Design, specify, dimension, construct and document product or product parts, as well as to follow up and validate the functional and production properties of the structures.
Improve the product for higher performance continually. Develop and evaluate new technical concepts, make adaptations and variants to our existing products.
Support service Dept to analyze and solve the problems, including casual and perpetual solutions.
Manage the technical status of local components. Support localization, coordinate the technical solution with suppliers.
Take responsibilities for product support, analyze and solve technical problems in production.
Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanic/mechatronic/vehicle/hydraulic.
More than 3 years related working experience in Industry/Truck, heavy mobile vehicles are preferred.
Good learning and communicate skill with English.
Proficient design software abilities in AUTOCAD, SolidWorks and PLM.
Experience with electric driven system is preferred.
