作為銷售的重要環(huán)節(jié)，完成產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用及技術(shù)支持職能

職責(zé)描述

1．Responsible for technical support of products sales, including: PPT preparation and presenting to customer, preparation of machine configuration and the technical sections of bidding documents; technical clarifications; drafting of technical agreements; attending technical meetings with the project owner.（may have business trip）。
2．Responsible for the preparation of the machine configuration, input and updating and/or reporting of changes made.
3.May support some marketing activities with customer from product technical side
4.Preparation of CAT product training materials, conducting training, and handling internal Q & A.
5.Market information/data analysis and provide products market reports
6.Make crosscheck of 3rd party purchased equipment
7.Involved in the preparation of product brochures published by WTC, and is responsible for review and correction of that information.
8.Temporary work assigned by line manager。

任職條件

基本素質(zhì)

1、機(jī)械專業(yè)及相關(guān)本科以上學(xué)歷

2、三年以上機(jī)械設(shè)備行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，礦山行業(yè)優(yōu)先

3、能夠獨(dú)立完成技術(shù)標(biāo)書等文件資料的編制能力

4、具備較強(qiáng)的語言表達(dá)能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和溝通能力，能夠順暢同客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流

5、熟練掌握辦公軟件操作

6、熟練英文的讀寫能力

采礦專業(yè)優(yōu)先

資質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1、機(jī)械設(shè)備本科以上專業(yè)
