Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all equipment & facility in the plant and implement related repair and maintenance. 管理公司所有設備(機床/AGV/機械手/視覺檢測)和設施,并實施維修維護;
2. Lead the TPM activities in the company to improve equipment & facility Efficiency, e.g OEE, Downtime. 領導公司的全面維護活動,提高設備和設施的使用效率, 如OEE, 設備停機;
3. Make and upgrade equipment autonomous maintenance planning and preventive maintenance planning. 制定并更新設備主維護計劃和預防維護計劃;
4. Responsible for the development and supervision of WI, SOP, TPM, KPI documents related to equipment. 負責設備相關的WI、SOP、TPM、KPI文件的制訂、監(jiān)督;
5. Deploy, motivate, train, co-ordinate, instruct, and evaluate subordinates. 調度、激勵、培訓、協(xié)調、指導并評價下屬員工;
6. Manage equipment and facility spare parts. 管理設備和設施零部件;
7. Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup. 支持設備和設施的安裝和調試;
8. Complete equipment issue analysis report. 完成設備問題的分析報告;
9. Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 上級交辦的為實現(xiàn)公司目標的其他工作。
Background & Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years work experience in production or maintenance and at least 3 years in maintenance team
management,and major in Mechanical engineering relatives. 機械工程及相關專業(yè),具備較豐富的機床維修經(jīng)驗,至少三年維修團隊管理的經(jīng)驗;
2. Familiar with systemic tools, such as SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem Solving Skills etc. 熟悉體系工具,如:IATF16949,SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem sovling skills等;
3. Rich ability to analyze and solve faults in electrical automation equipment, strong hands-on skills. 豐富的電氣自動化設備故障分析及解決能力,較強的動手能力;
4. Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin. CET4 or higher level. 中英文良好的溝通能力,英語CET4以上。
