Key Outputs:
1. Perform and execute the promotion plan by Channel, Customer, Brand and activity (display, DM, etc.) agreed by CDT.
2. Ensure flawless execution of promotions according to plan and POSM usage according to instructions with Field Sales. Manage POSM and allocate premiums, decorations, promoters, etc. according to plan and confirmed by CDT.
3. Coordinate and follow-up with Field Sales team. Drive with Field Sales & promoters implementation of merchandising guidelines and secondary displays.
4. Provide proper documentation and data to regional activation and CDT team.
Key Experiences:
1. 5 years related sales or sales promotion working experience.
2. Experience in dealing with advertisement/FMCG company.
3. Above bachelor degree.
