Job descriptions：
1. Co-work with Lenovo GE x-function team, is responsible for optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the EMS plant.
2. Works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with inspection procedures.
3.support the design and development of tooling, as well as responsibilities related to engineering, including engineering issue analysis, inspection work instruction updates, and training of inspection personnel.
4. Lead the project and conduct with the EMS to evaluate and develop E2E automation with new technologies implemented based on Lean concept in building up the production line, material flow, layout with high efficiency and UPPH, from automation concept proposal, machine selection, process design, process parameter validation to equipment release.
5. Take the NPI related on-site trouble shooting and issue collection/analyzing.
6. Take the India Dixon/Indonesia PT.SN L1 End to End Engineering (It will take the manufacturing/Box Test/Data Engineering) On-Site Management/Support.
7. Work with EMS Function team making the Continue-Improvement Plan and Drive the EMS make it happened. (the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.)

3.負(fù)責(zé)工裝的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)，以及與工程相關(guān)的職責(zé)，包括工程問題分析、檢驗(yàn)工作說明更新和檢驗(yàn)人員培訓(xùn)。
4.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目并與EMS合作，評估和開發(fā)基于精益概念實(shí)施的新技術(shù)的E2E自動(dòng)化，從自動(dòng)化概念建議、機(jī)器選擇、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、工藝參數(shù)驗(yàn)證到設(shè)備發(fā)布，建立生產(chǎn)線、物流、高效布局和UPPH。
5.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入相關(guān)的現(xiàn)場故障排查和問題收集/分析。
6.以印度Dixon/印度尼西亞PT.SN L1端到端工程（將進(jìn)行制造/箱測試/數(shù)據(jù)工程）現(xiàn)場管理/支持為例。
7.與EMS職能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作制定持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃，并推動(dòng)EMS實(shí)現(xiàn)。（優(yōu)化制造流程，確定需要改進(jìn)的領(lǐng)域，并實(shí)施解決方案以提高效率和生產(chǎn)力。）

Requirements：
1. Familiar with E2E PC product manufacturing engineering management, starting from BOM data, manufacturing engineering to test engineering.
2. Familiar with PC product development process, NPI process, manufacturing process, system, network and engineering technical solutions, with proven expertise in finding quick and effective solutions to complex technical problems in PC product manufacturing engineering field.
3. Master in at least one type of programming language, f.e. Python, C# etc.
4. Fluently speak English, be skilled in reading and writing English documents.
5.Team orientated, good communication skills, organizational capacity and collaboration capability.
6. Bachelor degree or above on Electronic engineering, Communication engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automation, Microelectronics or related field.

任職要求：
1.熟悉E2E PC產(chǎn)品制造工程管理，從BOM數(shù)據(jù)、制造工程到測試工程。
2.熟悉PC產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程、新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入流程、制造流程、系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和工程技術(shù)解決方案，在為PC產(chǎn)品制造工程領(lǐng)域的復(fù)雜技術(shù)問題找到快速有效的解決方案方面擁有成熟的專業(yè)知識。
3.至少掌握一種編程語言，如Python、C#等。
4.英語口語流利，能熟練讀寫英文文件。
5.團(tuán)隊(duì)意識強(qiáng)，良好的溝通能力、組織能力和協(xié)作能力。
6.電子工程、通信工程、機(jī)械工程、自動(dòng)化、微電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
