- The Brand Management Specialist will play a crucial role in leading the branding transition project following an acquisition. This individual will collaborate with the local division communication leader to develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aimed at establishing a strong ABB brand presence in the retail market. The specialist will ensure that the branding efforts align with ABB’s corporate identity and values while effectively engaging target audiences.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
? Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the communication leader to create a robust branding strategy that reflects ABB’s vision and values in the retail market.
? Brand Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform branding strategies.
? Brand Messaging: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates ABB in the retail market.
? Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for branding initiatives.
? Project Management: Lead the branding transition project, ensuring timely execution of initiatives, adherence to budgets, and achievement of project milestones.
? Creative Development: Collaborate with product teams to produce branding materials, campaigns, and digital content that reflect the new brand identity.
? Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
? Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to local teams and distributors on brand implementation and communication strategies.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
? Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in retail, home decoration industry.
? Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and consumer insights to inform branding strategies.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
? Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative branding solutions.
? Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
? Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management systems.
